Incentivising the shopping experience
By developing a digital ‘Scratch to Win’ competition, we incentivised the shopping experience, while also capturing vital customer data for future GCA promotions. Sounds like a win-win to us.

Not only did customers flock to the competition, but participating retailers were also highly engaged, resulting in an average 4.7/5-star customer rating.

They’ve been integral to several major brand and tactical initiatives across our many business units. The 'Scratch to Win' campaign for Gold Coast Airport was a particular highlight, achieving great results. Overall, their service, attention to detail, proactiveness and flexibility has been refreshing.
